We reserve the right to verify any information you submit and to deny applications that contain false or misleading information.
2. About Besa Group
Besa Group is a remote-first agency providing sales, customer engagement, and creator-management services. We hire sales agents to engage with our clients' audiences through chat-based communication.
This Site exists to recruit, screen, and onboard sales agents. It is not a service for end consumers.
3. The Application Process
By submitting an application, you understand and agree that:
- Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, trial, or offer of employment
- We may review your application materials, including any writing samples or work products you submit, internally with our team
- Application materials may be retained for up to 24 months for future opportunities
- Communication may take place via our Discord server, email, or video call
We aim to respond to all applicants but cannot guarantee individual feedback on every application.
4. No Guarantee of Employment
Nothing on this Site or in any communication during the application process constitutes an offer of employment, a guarantee of future work, or a binding commitment of any kind unless and until a formal written offer is extended and accepted by both parties.
Any verbal discussions, application acknowledgments, or trial invitations do not, on their own, create an employment relationship.
5. Submitted Content
When you submit materials through this Site or our Discord — including writing samples, scenario responses, or other work product — you grant Besa Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, evaluate, and store those materials for the purposes of assessing your application.
You retain ownership of your original creative work. Besa Group will not republish or commercially exploit your submitted materials outside the application process.
6. Confidentiality
During the application process you may receive information about Besa Group, its clients, its operations, or its methods. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not to share it externally, including on social media or with competing agencies.
If hired, you will be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement before being granted access to operational systems or sensitive information.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Submit applications under false identities or with fabricated credentials
- Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to generate writing samples, scenario responses, or interview answers in ways that misrepresent your actual abilities
- Apply on behalf of another person
- Scrape, copy, or replicate the contents of this Site or our Discord server
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or harmful conduct toward Besa Group staff, other applicants, or any third party
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or our recruiting infrastructure
Violations may result in immediate application rejection and a permanent ban from future applications.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site's content — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and code — is the property of Besa Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Our recruiting process uses third-party platforms including Discord, Calendly, and email providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Besa Group is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Besa Group makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy or completeness of information on the Site
- The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Site
- The outcome of any application
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Besa Group disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Besa Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the application process — including, but not limited to, lost opportunities, lost income, or emotional distress.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100) or the equivalent in your local currency.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Besa Group is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law, or through the courts of that jurisdiction.
